About Lord Byng Case Competition

A business problem, a team, and a deadline.

Lord Byng Case Competition brings high school teams from across the Lower Mainland together to solve a business case.

Presented by Open Minds Foundation, the competition asks students to research a business problem, develop a recommendation, and present it to judges.

Teams receive professional feedback and compete for a $2,500 prize.

03

Develop your recommendation and explain its costs, trade-offs, and next steps.

04

Present to the judges, answer their questions, and learn from their feedback.

Behind the competition

Organized by students. Supported by a community.
