PROGRAMS

Open Minds Foundations creates pathways for youth to transform their ideas into reality by providing them with funding, resources, partners, and opportunities. We do our work primarily through our three programs that allow youth to develop and strengthen their projects and work with us. Whether it's helping to start a project from the ground-up or strengthening established teams, our programs are designed to ensure that every idea has the chance to make real-world impacts. Program applications allow Open Minds Foundation to learn more about ways we can provide support and are open on a rolling basis.

TIMELINE

1. INITIAL CONSULTING

2: STRATEGY CALL #1

The initial consulting stage is the first step for Open Minds Foundation to learn more about each individual, club, or organization's needs beyond the programs and partnership application form. A group chat will be set up between the client and higher management for efficient communication. â€‹

First strategy call with the CEO, COO, or members of the events team to discuss logistics of projects or any resources needed in detail. Open Minds Foundation starts providing resources (i.e., funding, advisory guidance) and assisting with tasks

including outreach, venue bookings, marketing, and purchases with reimbursements.

3. STRATEGY CALL #2

4. FINALIZATION

Second strategy call with the CEO, COO, or members of the events team to further provide updates, discuss discrepancies, or curate additional marketing content. This stage is optional if it is not deemed necessary or if the project is small-scale.

Open Minds Foundation will finalize all logistics with the client before the project launch or proceeding with fulfilling the client's needs. Open Minds Foundation is happy to further assist an individual, club, or organization permanently through a partnership, or launch collaborated events.
